How about letting go?
Often in life, we stress about things that we can’t control, and nothing comes from it. We just waste our energy. What good can come from worrying if you get on time to your doctor when you’re stuck in traffic? You can’t leave your car in the middle of the road and go by subway. You can’t change that the accident happened. You could’ve left your house sooner? Great! Remember that and you’ll do it next time. (learning from ‘failure’ ) Do everything you can. Choose the fastest route and call the reception that you’ll be late. But then, just let go and see what will happen! Don’t waste your energy for worrying!
